Platform81 were tasked with raising the profile of a particular class leader in the Alcester, Droitwich, Kidderminster, Dudley and Stourbridge area. The brief was to develop a Social Media campaign that would position Baby Sensory as the number one class for new parents to attend with their children within that area. It needed to engage with current class attendees but also capture the attention of an audience that were unaware of the brand and what it has to offer.
We worked closely with the regional franchisee leader proposing a four week long paid social media campaign with video content forming the basis of the activity. It needed to capture the essence of a Baby Sensory class and the benefits that it has to both children and parents that attend. This was produced through an explainer and an interview style format.
Paid advertising allowed us to refine the campaigns, resulting in a higher reach and engagement. We built a detailed targeted audience based on self-identified interests, location and demographics to ensure the content was targeted and seen by the right people.
Our team worked with Baby Sensory to fully understand their business offering, target market and competitors allowing us to reach the ideal target audience, resulting in an 138% increase in visits to the dedicated Baby Sensory page. The success of these two main campaign videos led to a further six short videos being produced to highlight each of the key selling points of the classes that were then distributed across the wider Baby Franchise brand.
