Entering their 10th year of business, Rapid Recruit contacted Platform81 to support with a total revamp of the Rapid Recruit brand, website and content/social strategy. Rapid Recruit did not have a partner they felt they could trust to look after their brand, with previous agencies failing to position the business against larger national rivals. The current website no longer represented the business well, but more importantly it was no longer part of everyday operations to source candidates and attract new clients.
The website was designed to promote key goals and calls-to-action to help promote new candidate attraction and new business acquisition. The website was built on WordPress CMS to ensure that updates can be easily made by the Rapid Recruit team moving forward. The site is fully responsive for all device/screen sizes.
We created a new logo, colour palette, typefaces and brand toolkit to ensure a quality style and distinctive identity for Rapid Recruit. Included within the brand development was the following assets:
Collaborating on a social media strategy helped to improve candidate acquisition and increase the number of enquiries. A paid social media budget was allocated to targeted promotion of high priority job placements on a weekly basis. As part of the activity Platform81 created an attractive social presence promoting engaging content that can be easily shared.
As part of our ongoing Social Media work, we went on to deliver an 8-week campaign for a targeted recruitment drive for one of Rapid Recruit’s Global Clients. The objective of the campaign was to generate high quality candidates with a targeted skill level and location in a quick and cost-effective manner.
Over the first 6 months of working with Rapid Recruit, we've seen some very positive results, not least the confidence built with the client to help them achieve their objectives. Facebook is a great advertising platform for building an audience for high volume recruitment and having a new website to build confidence with clients and candidates has really helped Rapid to achieve early stage objectives. Winning new clients and developing a steady flow of candidates remain key objectives, along with building a brand for the future.
