Case Study: Artificial Grass – London

The client

Artificial Grass London is an artificial grass supplier with over 18 years’ experience. Offering premium quality artificial grass at wholesale prices to both retail and trade customers, their products can be found in thousands of different gardens, play areas, parks and schools across London. They also work with landscapers, garden designers and local authorities.

 

What did we do?

Platform81 were approached to provide Artificial Grass London with a stylish, modern, functional website which offered a simple and enjoyable browsing experience for customers.

In advance of starting the site we also developed a new logo and brand theming for use across the website.

The main objective of the project was to design and build an e-commerce website that clearly communicated their USP’s and presented each product in a simple yet aesthetically pleasing manner. We wanted to make the ordering process as simple as possible for customers so easy links from the Homepage to their product catalogue were a must.

We set out to design a clean, clear site that would relate to the company’s London customer base. We included images, which would be instantly identifiable to customers in the capital such as the city skyline and a logo, which mirrored that of the London underground.

With so many Londoners ‘on the go,’ we also tested and built a responsive website to ensure it would adapt to any device or screen size.

 

Moving forward

Following the launch of the website, Platform81 have continued to work with the team at Artificial Grass London to provide creative marketing campaigns and increasing the visibility, traffic and buyers through targeted SEO and PPC activity.
