The Challenge

Before our involvement, Eat Your Photo faced several issues restricting growth:

Poor Campaign Strategy: An outdated campaign structure made optimisation and spend efficiency difficult.

Product Data Quality: Product feed issues limited Shopping and pMax performance.

Low Intent Traffic: Conversion rate and ROAS were inconsistent due to poor keyword control and poorly targeted traffic.

Our Approach

We rebuilt the PPC and Shopping ecosystem around reliability, control, and ROAS-led scaling:

Full Campaign Restructure for Profitability & Control: We transitioned the account to a product-led structure across Search, Shopping, DSA and pMax.

Product Feed Optimisation to Boost Shopping & pMax: We overhauled the product feed by fixing missing data, improving product titles and categories, and segmenting SKUs by performance. This significantly increased Shopping efficiency and improved search term matching.

Aggressive Negative Keyword Strategy: Regular SQRs worked to minimise wasted soebd, lower CPCs, and ensure traffic quality – essential for scaling non-brand profitably.

Scaling High-ROAS Winners Across Google & Microsoft Ads: We shifted budget towards top-performing Search keywords, Shopping categories, and Microsoft campaigns where ROAS exceeded targets. This allowed the account to grow without sacrificing efficiency.
