Why can't I just use an online logo maker? It seems much cheaper.

A: You can, but it’s a bit like comparing a Pot Noodle to a proper Sunday roast. Those online tools spit out generic icons and fonts that thousands of other businesses are probably using. A logo from us is a proper investment. You’re not just getting a file; you’re getting strategic thinking, deep-diving into what your business stands for, and a completely bespoke design crafted by professional designers to make you stand out in your industry.

What's your process for designing a logo? Do we just give you an idea?

A: It all starts with a good chat. We kick things off with a proper deep dive to get under the skin of your business, your audience, and your ambitions. We want to know what makes you tick. From there, our designers get to work on a range of initial concepts. It’s a collaborative process from start to finish – we don’t just disappear and expect a ‘ta-da!’ moment at the end.

How long does it take to get a new logo designed?

A: We don’t rush creativity. A full logo design process, from our initial chat to you getting your final files, typically takes between 2-4 weeks. This gives us enough time for the important stuff: research, developing different creative ideas, and bouncing feedback between us to refine the designs. A quick job is rarely a good job when it comes to something this important.

What do we actually get at the end of the process? Is it just a JPG file?

A: You get the whole works. We’ll supply your new logo in a full range of file formats (like EPS, SVG, PNG, and JPG) so you’re covered for every possible use, from putting it on your website or social media to getting it printed on a massive sign or the side of a van. You’ll also get it in full colour, black, and white versions. We make sure you’re armed with everything you need.

How much input will we have? We're worried we'll get something we don't like.

A: You’ll have loads of input – it’s your logo, after all! We see it as a partnership. You bring the expert knowledge of your business, and we bring the design expertise. We have dedicated feedback stages built into the process, so you can share your thoughts and we can make sure the final design is something you’re absolutely chuffed with.

What if we don't like the first designs you show us?

A: No dramas. The design process is a journey, and the first concepts are all about getting the conversation started. Sometimes seeing what you don’t like is just as useful as seeing what you do. We build rounds of revisions into our process, so we’ll take your feedback on board and go back to the drawing board to tweak and refine things until we nail it.

How do you make sure our new logo won't look like someone else's?

A: Everything we create is 100% bespoke and starts with a blank page. We don’t use templates or recycled ideas. Our designers do their homework to see what your competitors are doing, not to copy them, but to make sure your new identity stands out and is unique to you. The goal is to make you memorable for all the right reasons.

A logo is just one small part of our brand. How does it fit in with everything else?

A: That’s a sharp observation. Your logo is the cornerstone of your brand identity, but it doesn’t work in isolation. We design it with the bigger picture in mind – how it will look alongside your imagery, on your website, and with your brand’s tone of voice. A logo design project is often the first step in building a full brand identity, which is something we can also get stuck into.

Will the logo work everywhere we need it to – on the website, on a van, on uniforms?

A: Absolutely. This is at the front of our minds throughout the design process. We create robust, versatile logos that are designed to be effective whether they’re tiny in a browser tab or blown up on an exhibition stand. We test it to make sure it’s legible, impactful, and recognisable, no matter the size or application.

Do you offer different logo design packages or is it one set price?

A: We don’t do rigid, off-the-shelf packages because every business’s needs are different. We’ll have a chat with you first to understand the scope of what you’re after. Based on that, we’ll give you a detailed, transparent quote so you know exactly what’s included. It’s all about providing the right value for your specific project.
