Background

I started my career in the creative side of the industry, working as a designer before moving into senior design and studio management roles. That experience gave me a solid understanding of how creative teams work and what it takes to deliver projects from concept through to launch.

Over the years I’ve worked across print, digital and large format, building a strong foundation in project delivery, problem solving and client collaboration. My background means I’m comfortable translating ideas into practical plans and making sure good ideas actually get delivered properly.

Role at Platform81

I’ve been a Senior Account Manager at Platform81 for the past three years, working with a wide range of clients on their digital marketing. My role covers everything from delivering website and design projects to managing ongoing activity like SEO, PPC and paid social.

I enjoy getting to know how each client’s business works and helping them use digital marketing in a way that genuinely supports their goals. A big part of the job is keeping projects running smoothly, making sure communication is clear, and helping clients feel confident about the decisions they’re making.

Specialist Knowledge

My background in design gives me a useful perspective when managing digital projects. I understand both the creative and technical sides of delivery, from website builds and UX considerations through to campaign strategy and performance marketing. I’ve worked closely with teams across SEO, PPC, paid social and web development, which helps me connect the dots between different areas of digital marketing.

Outside of Work

Outside of work I spend most of my time with my family, usually outdoors if we can help it. I love getting out for walks, visiting farms with my daughter, and generally making the most of fresh air and muddy boots. I also enjoy anything creative, and baking is a particular favourite when I get the chance.
