We’re Supporting Continued Learning

Back in April, when we were adjusting to a new way of working, we spoke about the benefits of online learning during lockdown. Six months later and we’re still just as passionate about continued learning for our team as our Junior Digital Marketing Executive Jenny takes the next step in her learning progression.

“It’s great that even working from home Platform81 are still invested in my continued learning and progression with my role. The IPA Foundation Certificate is a great next step for me within my role, following the completion of my Level 4 at the start of the year. I look forward to widening my marketing knowledge even further.” Jenny said.

Having started with us in 2018 as a Digital Marketing Apprentice, Jenny completed a Level 3 and Level 4 CIM in Digital Marketing and since becoming our Junior Digital Marketing Executive, the learning hasn’t stopped there.

Jenny has now enrolled on the IPA Foundation Certificate: a qualification which is aimed at those with less than a year’s experience in an advertising, marketing or communications role. The certification provides an essential overview of all areas of advertising and gets to grips more with the strategies and data behind what we do.  You can find out more about the qualification and continued professional development in the industry here.
