Background

My career started in graphic design, where I spent ten years working in creative roles before moving into administration and team leadership positions. Those early experiences gave me a strong understanding of both the creative and operational sides of a business.

I joined Platform81 in 2016 as PA and Office Manager and have grown alongside the business as it has evolved. Over time, I moved into Project Management before progressing into my current role as Operations Director. That journey has given me a broad perspective on how agencies work, from the detail of delivering client projects through to the bigger picture of running and scaling a business.

Role at Platform 81

As Operations Director, my focus is on ensuring the business runs smoothly day to day while helping shape how we grow and evolve as an agency.

My role covers operations, people, finance and business strategy, working closely with the leadership team to turn ideas and plans into practical actions that move the business forward. I’m particularly passionate about building the structures, processes and team environment that allow the business to scale while continuing to deliver great work for our clients.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, practising yoga and travelling to new places. If there’s a great restaurant, a good glass of wine and a nice view involved, I’m very happy.
