What if someone leaves a "fake" negative review?

It’s a real pain, but it happens. We can’t just “delete” it (Google is very picky about that), but we know the proper channels to report and dispute reviews that break the rules. While we fight that battle, we’ll help you get enough “good” reviews to make the “bad” ones look like a fluke.

Can you manage multiple locations?

We certainly can. If you’ve got branches all over the North (and beyond), we can manage them all from one central “hub.” We’ll make sure the branding is consistent, but the local info is “spot on” for each specific town.

Do I really need to post "Updates" on Google?
