Operating for 30 years, Howgate Sable is an executive search specialist based in Manchester and London.
Over that time, Howgate has been supplying executive talent to businesses all over the world. The business was looking to redevelop its brand and redefine its corporate offering. Platform81 were invited to formally pitch to re-brand and re-develop a new online presence for the business.

Despite the long-standing reputations of the company’s partners, Howgate Sable was relatively unknown within the executive search industry. They needed a brand that would position them as one of the UK's leading executive search industries. A contemporary brand identity would improve visibility while demonstrating their experience and quality. Our next challenge would be to showcase this with an online presence that focused on their committed, personal approach, and their continued global success.
Following a workshop with the key people within the business, we developed a range of initial branding concepts that we felt hit the objectives for the project. Once presented to the team and taking feedback on board, the new corporate identity and brand guidelines were created.
Platform81 were challenged to take expand on that identity and further develop their credibility as an executive search partner. We did this with a series of different print materials, aiming to give the brand a cohesive brand personality and clear voice from which to grow.
A new website was a key driver behind the project, so it was imperative the new site accurately reflected the calibre and quality of Howgate Sable and the great work they do. Having applied the new brand guidelines to the site design, each page within the site was designed utilising the bespoke photography and content that were also created as part of the project.
The corporate identity for the business has been very well received by Howgate Sable and their clients. Consistency across all print and digital platforms has been key, and the finishing touches such as print quality and website page transition has ensured that the project objectives were achieved.
